Durban & Santa Lucia (5 days)

Durban is a coastal city in South Africa, known for its beaches, warm climate, and Indian cultural influence.

Day 1 – Arrival (plane) in Durban

Day 2 – City & beach

  • Golden Mile (beach & promenade)

  • uShaka Marine World

  • Moses Mabhida Stadium (view)

  • Evening: Florida Road (food & nightlife)


Day 3 – Nature & surroundings

  • Valley of a Thousand Hills

  • Zulu Cultural Village

St. Lucia is a small town on South Africa's east coast, located in iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town is known for its hippos, crocodiles, diverse nature, and pristine beaches.

Addo & Jeffreys Bay (4 days)

Addo is a national park known for its large herds of elephants and diverse wildlife.

Day 4 – Onward journey to Addo (flight)

  • Guided tour or self-drive safari


Day 6 – Nature and surroundings

  • Further safari in the park

Jeffreys Bay is a coastal town famous for surfing, long sandy beaches, and a relaxed surfing culture. It is one of the best surfing spots in the world.

Day 7 – Arrival in Jeffreys Bay (car) & surroundings

  • Surfing at Supertubes Beach

  • Horseback riding or walk on the beach

  • Stroll through town / local shops


Day 8 – Nature & Excursion

  • Visit to Dolphin Beach (animal watching)

  • Optional: Day trip to Paradise Beach / Nature Reserve

  • Evening: Restaurant by the sea

Knysna & Oudtshoorn (4 days)

Knysna is known for its lagoon-rich coastline, the Knysna Heads, and fresh seafood. The region is popular for nature, water activities, and relaxed sightseeing.

Day 9 – Continue from Jeffreys Bay to Knysna (car)

Day 10 – Town & Lagoon

  • Knysna Waterfront: Stroll, shops, restaurants

  • Lagoon trip: Boat tour or kayak

  • Knysna Heads: Visit viewpoints


Day 11 – Nature & Surroundings

  • Featherbed Nature Reserve: hiking or ferry ride

  • Beach & picnic: Leisure Isle or Buffalo Bay

  • Optional: wildlife tour in the surrounding area


Oudtshoorn is famous for its ostrich farms and the Cango Caves, a spectacular stalactite cave system. The region is located in the Karoo Desert and is ideal for nature and adventure activities.

Day 12 – Ostrich Farms

  • Visit to an ostrich farm (tour & riding possible)

  • Information about ostrich breeding and souvenir shopping


Day 13 – Cango Caves

  • Cango Caves: stalactite cave tour (adventure or standard)

  • Cango Wildlife Ranch optional for children or animal lovers

Stellenbosch & Kapstadt (6 days)

Stellenbosch is known for its vineyards, historic buildings, and Cape Dutch architecture. The region is a popular destination for wine tasting, culinary tours, and culture.

Day 14 – Drive to Stellenbosch (car)

Day 15 – City & culture

  • Walk through the old town: Cape Dutch buildings & art galleries

  • Visit to the Stellenbosch Museum

  • Lunch at one of the local cafés


Day 16 – Wine & nature

  • Wine tasting at one of the many wineries

  • Optional: Bike tour through the vineyards

  • Afternoon: Picnic or walk in nature


Cape Town is a port city and known for Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and its proximity to the Cape of Good Hope. The city impresses with its nature, beaches, culture, and wine-growing regions.


Day 17 – City & Harbor

  • V&A Waterfront: Shopping, restaurants, boat trips

  • Visit the Two Oceans Aquarium


Day 18 – Table Mountain & Surroundings

  • Table Mountain: Cable car or hike

  • Bo-Kaap: Colorful houses & cultural district


Day 19 – Cape Peninsula

  • Chapman's Peak Drive: Scenic drive

  • Cape of Good Hope & Cape Point


Day 20 – Penguins & beach

  • Penguin colony in Bettys Bay

  • Beach visit: Camps Bay or Clifton Beaches


Day 21 – Departure (plane)
